Core Sport is a unique boutique Santa Barbara fitness studio that addresses your CORE and so much MORE! Our studio is one of a kind, we offer multiple core/functional training options all under one roof. You will have over 50 classes/week to choose from which is comprised of 8 different programs.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our programming, coaching and overall experience. We are here to make a difference in your life and your body! All you have to do is show up and do the work!

Our certified experienced instructors will guide you through an intense, low-impact, full body workout incorporating modern cardio with traditional Pilates. We have programs created for all fitness levels and all ages! Our specialty programs include programs for the new mom and their child, youth ages, and pre-teens/teenagers.

Reformer

Reformer

Reformer classes begin to fold in more complexity in terms of stabilization and choreography. You will find a focus on either “upper body” or “lower body” in these workouts along with “jumping” to bring your heart rate up thus challenging you on a greater level. Make sure to attend a couple of Level 1 Reformer classes first to understand the mechanics of the machine before going into Intermediate level classes.

Spinning

Spinning

This high calorie burning, non-impact cardio workout runs 45 minutes. This class is super effective as you will be motivated through different ride formats that include: Endurance Rides, Interval Rides and Strength Rides. Please arrive 15 min early and come prepared with tennis or bike shoes and a water bottle.

TRX

TRX (Total Resistance Exrercise)

An incredible new program involving core stability, balance and functional resistance training while working all planes of motion. Chords hang from ceiling and exercises are done on different levels of incline and angles. Appropriate for all levels. Tennis shoes are required.
